This 90-minute Faculty Led course focuses on a review of the diagnostic criteria; what causes personality disorders, the difference between diagnoses and how trauma plays a role. The course will also review the impact of personality disorders on parenting and how social workers can best interact and provide services to an individual with a personality disorder. Additionally, what does this mean for the parent/child relationship.
