Michael Craig is the FamLink Lead on the Learning and Development Team for the University of Washington’s Alliance for Child Welfare Excellence. His responsibilities include curriculum development, staff coordination and training. In addition, he works closely with CA Technical Services coordinating the training environments and generally on all things FamLink.
Michael has been a computer trainer since 2001 in FamLink, the current State Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS), as well as CAMIS, the legacy system. During that time, he trained CA workers in technical skills and various other computer applications. Prior to becoming a trainer he spent ten years as a CA Social Worker and before coming to CA, he worked as a Clinical Therapist for Good Samaritan Hospital.
Michael has a BA in Psychology and Anthropology and a Master’s in Public Administration.
