El-Freda has more than 14 years of experience in Children's Administration working as home support specialist, program resource manager, Kidscreen specialist, and worked directly with families and children as a child protective services and child welfare services social worker. She also worked with families and at risk youth as a Family Reconciliation Service specialists for two years and monitored contracts for community providers that serviced children and families involved in the child welfare system.
El-Freda obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration in 2006 from the University of Phoenix.
El-Freda joined the Alliance in January 2014. She enjoys providing training to individuals who want to provide care to vulnerable children and adults. She has received several professional and academic awards throughout her career. She became certified as a Parenting Facilitator in "Strenghtening Multi-Ethnic Parenting" developed by Dr. Marilynn Steel. She enjoys baking, cooking, and planning big events.
