Michael has over 40 years’ experience managing programs for children, youth and families, including program management at Children’s Administration, Deputy and Regional Administrator for Juvenile Rehabilitation, and a Clinical and Executive Director of a non-profit organization. He holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Antioch University and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington State. He has been a leader in systems integration with a focus on building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. He has extensive experience in clinical and administrative oversight of multiple services delivery models and Evidence-Based Practices.
