Take 30 minutes to better understand the RMTS

The Random Moment Time Study is a required, vital part of supporting DCYF’s claims to the federal government. This in turn helps support programs and salaries of workers, so it’s important that you understand what the process is and your role within it.

The new eLearning “Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) Roles and Responsibilities for DCYF Staff” gives you foundational knowledge of the purpose of the study and then takes you step-by-step through the process of completing it. You will be guided through defining RMTS, and learning who it applies to and who the key players are. Then you will spend time going through the procedure in detail, from the notification through how to fill out the form and submit. At the close you’ll have the opportunity to practice with real-life scenarios and decide how to manage each issue.

At the close of the training you will be prepared for participating in this program and be equipped to address any challenges that come up in the process.
